eRostering Manager


An opportunity has arisen for an Interim eRostering Manager within a North West NHS Trust to provide management, leadership and direction to the eRostering Team, supporting the development of the eRostering system, processes, policies and procedures. Role responsibilities will include: * Providing project management expertise in supporting the delivery of eRostering priorities, in line with the Trust People Plan and NHSI levels of attainment, including cultural and service delivery changes; * Developing and monitoring policies, procedures and KPIs for eRostering, providing regular progress reports for the organisation; * Establishing integrated working with the medical, nursing, temporary staffing and payroll teams to deliver a seamless support service to the organisation; * Producing and presenting regular data reports for senior management on the development, implementation and utilisation of the eRostering system, to provide assurance or escalate risk and recommend improvement actions; * To oversee the management of an effective performance monitoring and reporting system, for the application which highlights ineffective use, data quality issues and service development opportunities. Essential skills and experience: * Knowledge and operational experience of the Allocate eRostering system; * Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; * Project management experience preferably within the NHS; * Experience of working with clinical staff; * Managing a team
